Graphic Design

The graphic design office assists the University of Dallas community with the design and production of printed materials ranging from magazines and newsletters to postcards and invitations.

To initiate a project, complete the Design Request Form below. Note that printing time alone is one week, minimum. Design and editing time will vary depending on the size and scope of your project.

Requirements for Project Requests


To start a project, you must complete a Design Request Form. We cannot begin work on a project until we have a Design Request Form and completed text. All text must be written, edited, and finalized before it is given to the graphic design office. This includes everything from headlines to footnotes. Large-scale projects may require that you schedule an appointment with the graphic design office to discuss the project.
