Library Policies
In order to provide the best environment for research and studying, the William A. Blakley Library has established policies for the use of its facilities and materials.
Circulation Policy
The circulation policy outlines checkout procedures, loan privileges, and the fines and fees structure, as well as general guidelines for checking out materials from the Blakley Library.
Guest Borrower Policy
The guest borrower policy covers information for obtaining guest priviliges in the Blakley library, including eligibility, cost, and guest responsibilities.
Printing Policy
The printing policy outlines the use of all printers and photocopiers in the Blakley Library.
Copyright Policy
It is the intention of the Blakley Library to abide by the provisions of the copyright law and to educate the University community about the copyright laws governing libraries and fair use. The information provided in this policy outlines the basic guidelines in regards to library print and online materials.
Reserve Policy
The Library's reserve system is intended to give students easy access to supplemental class materials. This policy outlines information about both the physical reserve system, as well as the online reserve system.
Gifts and Donations Policy
The Blakley Library welcomes gifts of original materials, books, personal libraries, and other printed items that fall within the scope of our collection. Donation procedures are included in this policy. | | |
