Dr. Robert Hollander visits the University of Dallas to give two lectures titled "The Scandal of Dante's Catholicism for Many Comptemporary Readers." The event was held on March 18 and March 23, 2009 and was opened to the public.

About the Speaker

Robert Hollander is professor of European literature emeritus at Princeton University, where he taught for more than 40 years. The author of a dozen books on Dante and Boccaccio, he has received many awards in recognition especially of his work on Dante, including the gold medal of the city of Florence and the gold florin of the Dante Society of America.
