Project Description:
Compare and contrast The Joint Commission (TJC) 2009 Information Management standards against the current TSRHC Information Management standards.

Perform an analysis of the 2009 standards and develop for TSRHC management an executive dash board that readily identifies any new standards that need to be reflected in the existing Information Management policies and procedures.

Present report findings and provide recommendations to TSRHC stakeholders in preparation for TJC 2009 tri-annual survey.
