This is achieved through a thorough self examination using the life-map exercise and other self-assessment exercises to help students identify their own leadership philosophy and style. The goal of these activities os to have students explore their own thought processes and behaviors in order to stimulate fresh approaches to leading. The Life-map exercise forms the basis for a personal strategic scenario exercise.
