March 12, 2012 - Deadline to order cap and gown from Herff Jones (questions may be directed to Herff Jones Representative, Mr. Gregg McDonald, at hjcollegetx@sbcglobal.net). Please be aware that you MUST order a cap and gown if you do intend to walk in the graduation ceremony.

April 11, 2012 - Graduation clearance deadline.  All graduation requirements must be completed. This includes any outstanding Incomplete grades. Students enrolled in the intermester and II term courses will not graduate as intermester and II term classes end after the graduation clearance deadline. If you will complete your graduation requirements after the deadline, you may submit your application for graduation for the next term.

April 21, 2012 - Graduation ceremony. Graduates must arrive for line up at 12 p.m. (noon). The Graduation ceremony will begin at 1 p.m at the Irving Bible Church.
