The School of Ministry provides Adult Faith Formation for the dioceses of Dallas
and Fort Worth. These courses are a comprehensive approach to lifelong, continuing
adult education with respect to the Catholic faith.

Current Registration & Schedule
Adult Faith Formation in the Diocese of Dallas
This comprehensive program is offered over four years by the School of Ministry at
the University of Dallas. The program offers college level classes for adults
wanting to learn more about their faith.
Methods of Instruction and Class Schedules
Classes meet at the University of Dallas campus in Irving from September-December
and January-April. Each course meets once a month for three and a half hours
either in the morning or afternoon. Four classes are offered each semester. Participants
may choose to take any or all. Classes will incorporate adult learning styles
including discussion, lecture, reflection papers and reading assignments.
Class location
Classes will meet in the Haggerty Gallery/Arts History Village on the Irving campus
of the University of Dallas Room 112.

Faculty
Acclaimed University of Dallas faculty, known for their serious, academic, and faith-filled
work, teach courses ranging from philosophy and theology to scripture, church
history, canon law, preaching, and more.
Admission Acceptance to the School of Ministry Adult Faith Formation program requires:

Conclusion At the successful completion of the four year program of Adult Faith Formation, participants
will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the School of Ministry at the
University of Dallas.
