Deposit Information
Deposits of $500 are required as part of your registration. All program deposits received by December 1, 2011 will qualify for an Early Registration Discount of $100 off the program fees. Additional discounts may be available for UD Alums, UD faculty, staff, and teachers.
Deposits may be made in one of two ways: 1) you may pay your deposit online through the University's CashNet payment service or you may mail a deposit check payable to the University of Dallas to the following mailing address: Rome and Summer Programs, University of Dallas, 1845 E Northgate Dr, Irving, TX 75062.
Notice from the University of Dallas Business Office regarding credit card payments:
Effective November 17, 2009, the University will institute new credit and debit card policies:
- All credit and debit card payments for tuition, fees and room/board will be subject to a 2.75% convenience fee.
- We can no longer accept VISA credit card payments. We will continue to accept MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- All credit and debit card payments must be made through CashNet, our online payment system (we will no longer accept credit or debit card payments in person or by telephone).

Flight Information
Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights. If travel agent assistance is needed, participants are welcomed to contact Beverly Berens of Travel Leaders at 1-800-654-4995. Ms. Berens is well acquainted with the University's study abroad programs.
Credit Information
Students who wish to receive credit for the program, must read For Credit Information sheet and submit the Academic Registration form.
For non-UD students wishing to receive graduate credit, the Braniff Graduate School Application must be completed.
Per the Braniff Graduate School Application "To be considered for admission as a Special Student- a student taking graduate courses but not seeking a degree - an application need only include the completed application and fee, transcript and two recommendations." |
