Additional Registration Forms

Below is a list of the additional registration forms required for participants.

Deposit Information

Deposits of $500 are required as part of your registration. All program deposits received by December 1, 2009 will qualify for an Early Registration Discount of $100 off program fees. Additional discounts may be available for Eternal Cities alums, UD Alums, UD faculty, staff, and teachers.

Deposits may be made in one of two ways: 1) you may call the Rome and Summer Program's Office at (972) 751-5181 and make a credit card payment over the phone, 2) you may mail a deposit check payable to the University of Dallas to the following mailing address: Eternal Cities, Rome and Summer Programs Office, University of Dallas, 1845 E. Northgate Dr, Irving, TX 75062.

Notice from the University of Dallas Business Office regarding credit card payments:

Effective November 17, 2009, the University will institute new credit and debit card policies:

All credit and debit card payments for tuition, fees and room/board will be subject to a 2.75% convenience fee.

We can no longer accept VISA credit card payments. We will continue to accept MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

All credit and debit card payments must be made through CashNet, our online payment system (we will no longer accept credit or debit card payments in person or by telephone).

Credit Information
For those students who wish to receive credit, please read the important information here:

For non-UD students wishing to receive undergraduate credit, select the link to the Office of Admissions Visiting Student Application.

For non-UD students wishing to receive graduate credit, select the link to the Braniff Graduate School Application.

Per the Braniff Graduate School Application "To be considered for admission as a Special Student- a student taking graduate courses but not seeking a degree - an application need only include that completed application and fee, transcript and two recommendations."

Be sure to designate Eternal Cities program. See page two of the Braniff Graduate School Application, under Scholastic Information, non-degree seeking Special Students should select "Special Student" and write Eternal Cities in the space provided.
