On Thursday, November 5th students on the Group Flight will need to make their group airfare payment in the Rome Office. A written request must be submitted to Mrs. Davies for an extension of this payment. Also on this day Own Arrangements students must submit a print out of their purcharsed itinerary for their own flight arrangements that includes their ticket number/record locator number. Students must also provide a copy of the refund/exchange/cancellation policy for the flight. This information may be faxed or emailed to our office. Please note that students making their own arrangements are solely responsible for all costs associated with their flight arrangements including airport transfers, transportation to campus, and cancellation and change fees.
