Hobbies:Trying to live a saintly life, playing sports (and beating the other Admission Counselors soundly), watching sports (if it's on TV, I will watch it, from football to fishing), music, watching movies, and home improvement projects.

Why I love UD: I love UD because, as an alumnus, I love the person it has made me, the memories it has given me and the opportunities it has afforded me. From my first course freshman year, every professor I had treated me as though I was intelligent enough to positively contribute to a class discussion. In other words, they listened to what I had to say. My peers have become extraordinary friends who have carried me through everything from homesickness to the death of my father. My experiences here have been life altering in so many ways. A semester in Rome gave me not only a better understanding of other cultures but a greater appreciation for my own. A UD education hasn't made me perfect, but it has taught me a great deal about how to overcome my imperfections.
