Open House Programs

Odyssey Day

October 27, 2017 and November 10, 2017

High school seniors may attend one of our Odyssey Day programs in October or November. Odyssey Day gives seniors the opportunity to experience the life of a UD student. Immerse yourself in the UD community by sitting in on classes, eating in Haggar Café, experiencing campus and spiritual life and meeting with UD faculty, staff and students. Plus, you can take a student-led tour of campus, get answers during the student-only panel, and meet with your admission counselor about the application process, scholarships and financial aid. If you're applied for a Departmental Scholarship, you'll also have a chance to conduct your interview with the department during your visit. Parents are welcome to attend all events, with the exception student-only panel. There will be an alternative program for parents and other guests at that time.

To register, click on the date of the Odyssey Day you wish to attend, complete the form and submit.

Visitors are responsible for their overnight accommodations. Click here for a list of hotels near campus.

Crusader Preview is a great opportunity to gather more information about UD. Your admission counselor will be available to meet with you to answer any questions you have about the application process, scholarships, financial aid or student life. Meet Us at the Tower

March 24-25, 2018 and April 13-14, 2018

Meet Us at the Tower, a phrase commonly used by UD students when meeting up with friends, provides admitted high school seniors a final opportunity to experience life as a UD student prior to the May 1 National Candidate Reply Deadline. During this event, you will hear about UD traditions and the Rome Program, experience campus and spiritual life, learn about various academic departments, sports and clubs, and interact with other high school seniors who are making the same decisions as you. We'll also help you sort through all the things that are on your mind: financial aid, on-campus housing and the value of a UD education. Parents are welcome to attend all events with the exception of dinner on Friday night, the overnight stay and student panel.  During those events, alternative programs will be offered for parents and other guests.
