Accounting Scholarships Information

American Society of Women Accountants, Fort Worth Chapter. For graduate and undergraduate students. Deadline February 10, 2006. This organization will award about three LOCAL scholarship winners. Contact Dr. Barbara W. Scofield at for the application forms.

AICPA / Accountemps Scholarships Deadline April 1, 2006. For Full-time (12 credit hours) students. Application form is at the link AICPA.

AICPA John Carey Scholarship Deadline April 1,2006. For undergraduate liberal arts graduates. Application form is at the link AICPA.

AICPA Minority Student Scholarships. Deadline June 1, 2006. For full time undergraduate or graduate students (9 credit hours unless in last semester of study). "For the purpose of this program, the AICPA defines minority students as those of Black, Native American/Alaskan Native, or Pacific Island races, or of Hispanic ethnic origin. All applicants must be U.S. citizens." Applications will be available in February at AICPA.

IMA Scholarships. Deadline February 15, 2006 Undergraduate and graduate students. May be part-time. Applications available at IMANET.

ACFE Scholarships. Deadline April 21, 2006. Full time (12 credit hour) undergraduate and graduate students. Specifically reserves some scholarships for international students. Application available at ACFE.

NOTE: Some scholarships require student membership. This is inexpensive and will give you full membership benefits in each organization.
