Business International Study Opportunities
Study Business and Spanish in Seville, Spain or Cordova, Argentina
The Center for Cross-cultural Study and the University of Dallas maintain an ongoing relationship that allows you to complete one or more semesters in Seville, Spain or Cordova, Argentina. You will have the opportunity to study courses in business, Spanish, literature, history or culture. A carefully planned set of courses may also be applied to the International Business Concentration. Past course offerings included Spanish for Business, International Business and the European Union, Spanish Business Environment, and Language and Practice of Spanish Business among others. Participation in the programs is competitive.
The Rome Semester
University of Dallas students have an opportunity to experience Europe by spending a semester at the University's campus in Rome, Italy. The Rome semester provides a unique opportunity to expand one's understanding of culture and commerce in a dynamic international environment. Participation in the Rome program is competitive.
Summer in Mexico
University of Dallas students have the opportunity to participate in a Spanish language emersion program in Mexico. Each summer a faculty member of the Modern Languages department sponsors a six to ten week language study trip. In past semesters, the students have traveled to Oaxaca or Cuernavaca. The language study may be applied to the language requirement in the University core curriculum.
