MBA Programs
Most full-time M.B.A. programs are two years. While there are a number of institutions that offer the M.B.A., the more competitive universities do not commonly accept applicants without some post-college (nonacademic) work experience. Nevertheless, while students may not attend business school immediately after graduation, they may wish to accomplish at least part of their application while at UD, including the following:
The Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT): The score for this Educational Testing Service-administered test is good for five years, and it may be convenient to take it in the senior year. The GMAT is offered four times a year, and applications are available in the Office of Academic and Career Development.

Law School
Many college seniors ask their pre-law advisors, "what is the best law school?" but very few ever ask, "what is the best law school for me?" There are 178 ABA approved law schools, and all have met the American Bar Association standards or they should not have received accreditation. There are various reports which rank law schools, but these rankings can be deceiving, and it would be incredibly naive for a student to debate whether Harvard is better than Yale. They are both excellent and, perhaps more importantly, they are both different. It would be better for the student to look at the differences with a goal of selecting the institution that best meets their needs.
