Scholarships

The University of Dallas believes that its students are competitive with university students across the nation. Therefore, it encourages its strongest, academically competitive students (usually those with a 3.5+ average) to apply for prestigious national and international scholarships.

The Office of the Provost, in conjunction with the Faculty Committee on Counseling for Post-Graduate Studies, encourages and offers assistance to qualified students to pursue these scholarships. The Provost and the Faculty Committee on Counseling for Post Graduate Studies' members stand ready to help with the application process, by advising and critiquing the essay sections of the application, by helping collect required materials, and by providing mock interviews for applicants.

Below are listed the principal scholarships and awards. Click on the name of the scholarship of interest to read a description. You are encouraged to investigate scholarship web sites on your own, and to meet with Dr. Alexandra Wilhelmsen if you are interested in exploring any of these opportunities.

Even if you do not win a scholarship, the self-knowledge you will gain in the application process will be worthwhile as you define yourself and your future plans.
