The School of Ministry cordially invites you to attend our second annual Lenten Day of Spirituality, March 13, 2010 at the University of Dallas. This community gathering will feature keynote addresses and breakout sessions both in English and Spanish. This event is sponsored by the School of Ministry and is open to the general public.

The Lenten Day of Spirituality is dedicated to all those interested in sharing their Lenten spiritual journey with one another and the faculty of the School of Ministry.

The keynote speaker for 2010 will be Rev. Donald Senior, C.P., President of Catholic Theological Union at Chicago, the largest Roman Catholic graduate school of Ministry in the United States.

 UD Hosts Anousheh Ansari: Private Space Explorer

Guest speaker Anousheh Ansari hosted by the University of Dallas. Ms Ansari is the first female private space explorer, and the Ansari X Prize makes it possible for future private space exploration. Ms Ansari's story is particularly inspiring because of the challenges she faced as a Muslim woman of Iranian descent. Ms. Ansari is an active entrepreneur in the DFW area.
