Robert Gothman, MBA

Bob is recently retired from Senior Vice President of the Retail Partnership credit card division of Citigroup.  He has managed various credit card portfolios in excess of $1 billion over the past 12 years for large strategic partners that have included Shell Oil and Zales Jewelers.  These roles have included contract negotiations and developing marketing concepts and initiatives to drive profitable sales growth for Citigroup and partner.  Prior to his partner portfolio management position he served as CFO for the division for 3 years.  He has also held various roles in strategic planning, finance and audit for companies that have included Associates First Capital Corporation, Household International, Geldermann Securities, Rodman & Renshaw, and Ernst & Whinney.  He brings over 29 years of business experience to the classroom, along with a passion to educate and share his knowledge and experience.

Bob earned an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Chicago as well as a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University.  He is also a CPA certified in the state of Illinois.

Bob has served on the Board of the Center for Non-Profit Management and the Finance Council for St. Ann Catholic Parish.  He enjoys serving the various ministries of St. Ann Catholic Parish, the Dallas Diocese and has supported the vocations work at Holy Trinity Seminary and St. John Vianney Seminary.
