Dr. Nancy Schreiber received her B.A. in Sociology from Oberlin College 1985 and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy in 1991. She currently is the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Business Programs at the University of Dallas. She has practiced organization consulting in a wide variety of business settings both as an internal and external consultant with expertise in executive coaching and leadership development.
As a business psychologist, Dr. Schreiber takes an action oriented, pragmatic and direct approach to her work to help organizations improve their performance. She focuses on providing both the individual and the organization a clear and concise set of measurable goals to enhance overall effectiveness. Her executive coaching style helps leaders develop behaviors that fit with who they are, and where they work.
In addition to executive coaching expertise, Dr. Schreiber has provided a cadre of consulting services to companies both large and small. She provides executive coaching, leadership development organizational assessments, group process and team development interventions. She consults to a wide variety of industries and some of her clients include, American Airlines Inc., Miller Brewing Company, Blockbuster Inc., Sabre-Holdings Inc, National Semiconductor, STA Travel and Dallas County Government.
Currently, Dr. Schreiber resides in Irving, Texas. She is a licensed psychologist and a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society for Human Resource Professionals (SHRM).
