Where will my classes be held?
Your classes will be held at University of Dallas - Irving Campus. The location of your classrooms will be e-mailed out prior to the first class meeting. Campus Address: 1845 E. Northgate Drive, Irving, TX 75062.

When do I need to pay?
You will need to pay for the course prior to the first meeting date of the course.

How do I pay?
Log onto the BannerWeb system. There will be an option for Student enter there. On that screen there will be an option for Manage Your Account via Cashnet. Go into there. From there you can pay online. You may also send a check to Jennifer Howard. Make check payable to University of Dallas. Mail any checks to: 1845 E. Northgate Drive, Irving, TX 75062. Please include your name and the class name you are paying for.

How much is tuition?

$800.00 for each class.

Are course materials included in the tuition?
Yes. The student will receive the books in one of two ways. At the beginning of the entire program new students will be shipped the course materials from Zahn Associates, Inc. This is not done until a week before class starts. In the term if you took the class offered before the materials will be ordered the third week of class and delivered to you by the instructor on the fourth weekend. Students who only need to take a few courses to finish and are not in the entire program will be shipped materials from Zahn a week before class begins.

Is this a for credit course?
No.

Does the University of Dallas offer the CFP classes for credit?
No.

How can I check my unofficial transcript? How can I find out what classes I have taken?
You can view this information on the BannerWeb system. Log into the system. Under the Students menu, select Student Records. Under this menu, you can select Academic Transcript to view all courses that you have completed and your grades in those courses.

What is the refund policy or How do I withdraw from a course?
Students may cancel an enrollment by notifying UD in writing a minimum of 3 business days before the first scheduled class session. Should UD cancel a course, full tuition will be refunded. No refunds are permitted if the student course materials have been sent, after a course begins, or due to absences from part or all of a course.

You can view this information on the BannerWeb system. Log into the system. Under the Students menu, select Student Records. Under this menu, you can select Academic Transcript to view all courses that you have completed and your grades in those courses.

How do I request a 1098-T?
Log onto the BannerWeb system. There will be an option for Student ñenter there. Then click on Student Account which is second up from the bottom on the menu, then click on Select Tax Year which is third up from the bottom. Enter the year you are requesting the 1098 from, click submit. This will take you back to the Student Account menu again. Then click on Tax Notification which is second up from the bottom of the menu. The 1098 will appear, scroll down to view all of it.

How do I log onto BannerWeb?
You will be emailed detailed instructions on logging onto BannerWeb when you register for a class. This email will confirm your registration and come from the University of Dallas.
