What we do...

• Maintain the campus buildings, utility infrastructure, streets & grounds

• Coordinate & provide technical services for all campus construction & renovation

• Maintain detailed archives concerning the specifications & history of our buildings & grounds.

• Assist with campus special events through custodial, grounds, maintenance & craft- related services as well as room make-ready set-ups, audio systems, climate control, trash removal, electrical hook-ups, communications hardware repair.

• Provide a comprehensive on-line maintenance work request system for submission of requests.

• Coordinate pest control services, elevator maintenance, building environment control & landscape services

• Recycling of batteries both domestic & commercial grade.

• Recycling of copper & scrap metals.
