If you do not receive your alternate pin information via email by March 20, 2008, please contact the Office of Student Records at 972-721-5282 or srecords@gsm.udallas.edu.

March 24, 2008:
Alternate pin range 100,000 – 119,999
March 27, 2008:
Alternate pin range 120,000 – 139,999
April 1, 2008:
Alternate pin range 140,000 – 159,999
April 7, 2008:
Alternate pin range 160,000 – 199,999
Alternate pin range 900,000 – 999,000

To register for classes please use the following process:

Step 1. Determine what courses you need by reviewing your transcript in Banner and comparing it to the program design you received when you were admitted.

Step 2. Review the Class Schedule.

Step 3. Click here to access Banner Online Registration.

Step 4. Determine your Payment Option Plan.

Tuition is $541 per credit hour or $1,623.00 per course.

Click here to download the Faculty/Staff Tuition Waiver Form (Only for University full-time employee).

Step 5. Confirmation of Course Selection. You may confirm your registration by logging into your Banner account.


For questions and/or assistance with registration, please contact your Graduate Advisor.


You must contact Student Records at 972-721-5282 or srecords@gsm.udallas.edu for the following:

  • Approval to register for Capstone and accompanying lab – if you are graduating.

  • Conditionally Admitted and Certificate Students: Your alternate pin will deactivate once your registration has been approved by Student Records – this means you WILL NOT be allowed to change your schedule in Banner. You must contact us in order to make any changes to your schedule once your registration has been approved.

  • To drop classes or withdraw from the Graduate School of Management. Failure to attend class is not a withdrawal and you are still liable for any debt incurred from registering for classes.
