Health Services Management Information

Today’s dynamically changing health care environment heightens the need for broadly educated professional managers. The MBA program in Health Services Management at the University of Dallas is designed to prepare students for managerial and staff positions in these rapidly changing circumstances. It provides a broad-based, practical management education focusing on the skills needed in the health services. Students who are interested in careers in general health services administration, hospital administration, practice management, and insurance and managed care, can do so by taking elective courses that will provide them with an emphasis in those areas.

The Health Services Management program is offered on the Irving campus, the Plano campus, and through the Graduate School of Management distance-learning program to locations around the world. The program has among its students and alumni, physicians, dentists, nurses, hospital administrators, insurance company managers, and a variety of other health care specialists.
