Graduate Certificate: Project Management
The Graduate Certificate Programs in Project Management are designed for individuals who want to acquire specialized knowledge in one of these fields without completing a graduate degree.
Each Certificate Program consists of five three-credit hour graduate-level courses. Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the required coursework. The courses will be accepted into the MBA or MM programs if the student wishes to pursue either of these degrees and satisfies admission requirements.
To earn a Graduate Certificate in Project Management, take the following two courses: (* signifies courses with prerequisites)
OPER 6370 Foundations of Project Management OPER 7370 Technical and Project Management*
and choose three additional courses from among the following:
BUAD 6370 Negotiation TECH 6370 Process Mapping and Management OPER 7377 Advanced Project Management Leadership* OPER 7379 Quality and Financial Project Management*
