The Annual University of Dallas Ministry Conference 2009, to be held on October 23-24, 2009 at the Dallas Convention Center is co-sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Dallas and the Diocese of Fort Worth. The event will include breakouts in English, Spanish and Vietnamese; national speakers, and exhibition area, art display, live music, and a free concert with John Michael Talbot. Discounts for group registrations are available.

On Tuesday, October 27th students will need to bring their completed visa applicaitons to Carpenter Hall in front of the Business Office by the time designated by their last name.
A - J 1:00 - 1:40
K - Q 1:40 - 2:20
R - Z 2:20 - 3:00
Along with their visa applicaiton students will also need to submit two affidavits that must be signed by their parents. An Affidavit of Financial Support and a Health Insurance Affidavit. These affidavits must be in our office by October 27th. They may be faxed to 972-721-5283.
