Balanced Scorecard September 25, 2009 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Instructor: Jeff Bracken Course Length: 1 day (6.25 CEUs) HRCI Approved Regular Tuition: $450.00 SHRM Member, Dallas HR Member, UD Student or Alumni Tuition: $395.00
Participants will learn the balanced scorecard as an established best practice process that provides a systematic approach for translating organizational vision and strategy into meaningful action and results. The scorecard framework helps organizations view strategies and performance measures through four key perspectives: financial, customer, core processes, and organizational learning and growth.
If human resources professionals are to play a meaningful role in the strategic management of an enterprise, they must understand how their organizational performance system works, how long term vision and strategy is developed and translated into meaningful measures, and how goals are aligned, integrated, and communicated throughout the organization to ensure success.
This program has been approved for 6.25 (Specified -Strategic) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute. Please be sure to note the program ID number on your recertification application form.
