Growing in Relationship with God: Spiritual Wisdom for Today

The spiritual life is centered on Jesus Christ and the working of the Holy Spirit in the human heart. The "interior castle" of Teresa of Avila, the "cloud of unknowing" of an anonymous Englishman, and the "ladder of humility" of Bernard of Clairvaux use visual imagery to explain spiritual growth. These and other images help us today to develop and to express our own relationship with God.

Caring for God's Special Angels

How do we walk with those who might not be able to?  With our extensive workloads, projects, and never ending to do lists we might be missing the opportunity to be ministered to by our special needs community.  These angels (messengers) are prophetic witnesses of the gospel message of love. Together, let's explore ways our parish communities can be inclusive with our special needs family members.
