University Pool

The use of the University Pool is reserved for University of Dallas students, faculty, staff, alumni and their guests.

Private use of the University Pool is reserved for those affiliated with the University of Dallas and UD summer programs. Special events and private use by those affiliated with UD must be reserved through the Director of Student Activities & Recreational Services. Summer Programs must make arrangements with Conferences & Events.

 Breaks & Holidays*

The University Pool is open seasonally,  weather permitting, which includes a portion of the year in the beginning of the fall and very end of spring semesters. The University Pool is open for Mayterm, Summer I, and Summer II sessions as well. 

Holidays & Breaks:

• Memorial Day, May 27, 2013
• Independence Day, July 4, 2013
• End of Summer Terms, August 11-26, 2013

Guidelines for Visitors

• The use of the University Pool is reserved for University of Dallas students, faculty, staff, alumni and their guests.
• No one may swim without a University of Dallas lifeguard on duty.
• All patrons must follow the lifeguards instructions.
• No glass containers or alcohol are allowed in the pool area. No one under any influence may swim.
• No smoking in pool area.
• No running or horseplay.
• Proper swim wear is required.
• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times when in the pool area.
• Coast Guard approved floatation devices are highly encouraged. It is ultimately up to the discretion of the lifeguard as to what toys and floatation devices are allowed in the pool area.
