Tips for Healthy Nutrition
Eat breakfast daily - it boosts your metabolism and helps you focus.
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate - maintaining adequate hydration helps concentration. Try to drink at least 64ox of fluid each day.
Eat moderate portions throughout the day. Listen you your body: stop eating when you feel conformably full - not overstuffed.
Eat a variety of foods - eating the same things day after day can lead to health problems and nutrient deficiencies.
Do not turn to food when feeling stressed. The use of caffeine and/or energy drinks can cause a sudden 'rush' that leads to crash or fatigue.
