New Hall 2010                

The University of Dallas completed construction on a new residence hall to help accommodate the increased number of undergraduate students.  Upon opening in January of 2010 the four-story building now houses enrolled upperclassmen students during the undergraduate academic year and also provides these additional amenities:

  • Common areas for gathering with friends
  • Study lounges
  • Outdoor courtyard area
  • Media entertainment room
  • Underground parking garage
  • Swipe card access only to residential areas
  • Two elevators
  • Extra-long twin beds
