VERN FRANCIS STUDENT ASSISTANCE FUND - See details below application.
The purpose of the fund is to assist students with disabilities at the university. Students (graduate and undergraduate) can apply for up to $2,000 (per applicant).
Applications will be accepted twice a year: By July 15 for the Fall Semester and by December 15 for the Spring Semester.
Applications should be submitted to the university's ADA representative, Liz Engelke. A committee will review and vote on each application. Students will be notified of their application acceptance (or denial) by August 31 and January 31, respectively. Medical proof of disability may be required. Funding will be distributed as available.
