Institutional Research

WELCOME to the Institutional Research and Planning Office website.  As the official source of statistical data on the University of Dallas, the Institutional Research Office is responsible for:

•Reporting institutional data to federal and state entities (e.g., US Department of Education, Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, and Independent Colleges and Universities of Texas)

•Responding to external data requests from groups such as accrediting bodies and higher education organizations

•Providing data to publishers for college rankings and guidebooks

Other key responsibilities of the Institutional Research and Planning Office include:

•Responding to internal requests for data

•Assisting with university strategic planning

•Conducting applied research studies in support of policy analysis, planning, assessment, and institutional decision-making

•Providing leadership in assessment of institutional effectiveness

•Building and maintaining a data warehouse
