The School of Ministry has several different payment options available to its students. The three options are listed below. We have included a description and any qualification required for each of these payment options including an explanation of our Credit Card Policy.
Student Account Services located in the Business Office at the University of Dallas is available from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, at 972.721.5144 for any questions that may arise in reference to the School Of Ministry students' payment options.
Credit Card Policy:
All credit card payments for tuition, fees, and room/board will be subject to a 2.75% convenience fee. We can no longer accept VISA (We will continue to accept cash, checks in person or by mail, electronic check, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). There are no fees charged for electronic checks. For more information on the convenience fee and payment options, click here.
The Business Office will no longer accept credit or debit card payments in person or by telephone. For the convenience of the students, payment kiosks have been set up outside the Business Office.
Payment in Full
Students have the option to pay their accounts in full at the time of registration. The University of Dallas now offers a web-based credit card and electronic check payment option. A student wanting to use this option must log into BannerWeb and click "Manage Your Account via CASHNet payment service." Student Account Services, located in the Business Office, will also accept cash or checks in person or checks by mail but will not be able to accept credit cards by mail or phone. All credit card payments must be made online through CASHNet.
If you are mailing in a check to the Business Office, please include the student ID# on the check to ensure that the check is posted correctly to the student account. All checks must be mailed within four days after the tuition payment arrangement due date. Click here for tuition due dates.

UD Payment Plan
School Of Ministry students have the option to use the UD payment plan. The UD payment plan allows you to divide the balance due into installments. The enrollment fee for the semester is $60.00. Students wishing to use the UD payment plan will sign up for it by logging on to BannerWeb. The instructions for enrollment in a UD plan can be found by clicking here.
Financial Aid
Some students decide to apply for financial assistance through the federal and state governments. Students using this payment option need to understand different points of the financial aid process as it relates to the payment of their student account.
