Any space used for a club or org meeting or event MUST be reserved ahead of time!

- Public Space On-Campus (includes Rugby Pitch)-- complete the form below!Includes Haggar Foyer, Rugby Pitch,
Mall, Cap Bar, and any other public space on campus
- Classroom Space-- Sandy Morgan (smorgan@udallas.edu)
- Jerome Basement-- Rec Programming Intern (SALC)
- Athletic Fields & Basketball Court-- Athletics
Does not include Rugby Pitch
- Residence Halls-- Residence Life, Dore Madere (dmadere@udallas.edu)
Residence Halls are for residence of that hall only, clubs and orgs should not hold
meetings and events in Residence Halls without special permission from Residence Life.
