Fall 2007:
August 29: Grades due for Braniff students for removal of incompletes from spring and summer semesters; Faculty Day. September 1-4: Undergraduate orientation. September 3: Begin regular registration period. Labor Day. No Graduate School of Management classes. September 5: Fall semester classes begin (undergraduate and Braniff). September 11: Last day to verify. September 12: Last day to register. September 14: Adds and drops end. October 3: Grades due for undergraduates for removal of incompletes from spring and summer.* October 19: Fall Reading Day. October 22-26: Midsemester examination period. November 9: Last day to withdraw from classes (undergraduate and Braniff). November 12-27: Early Registration. November 22-25: Thanksgiving holidays. December 13: Classes end (undergraduate and Braniff). December 15-21: Exams. December 25 - January 1: University offices closed. December 31: Grades due.
Interterm 2008
January 2-18: Interterm. Classes also meet January 5 and 12.
Spring 2008:
January 18: Grades due for Braniff students for removal of incompletes from fall semester. January 22: Classes begin (undergraduate and Braniff). January 28: Last day to register or verify. February 1: Adds and drops end. February 19: Grades due for undergraduate students for removal of incompletes from fall semester.* March 3: Fall schedule information due from departments. March 17-25: Spring Break. April 4: Last day to withdraw from classes (undergraduate and Braniff). May 7: Classes end. May 9-15: Exams. May 18: Commencement.
* Excluding students with earlier deadlines under academic discipline policies.
Mayterm and Summer 2008
May 20-June 6: Mayterm. June 9-July 11: Summer I. July 14-August 15: Summer II.
