University of Dallas Financial Aid Option

Student wanting to use financial aid to pay for their semester charges will need to read the following items and verify that the items are completed.

• Student receiving financial aid must be in six (6) hours for the semester.
  
  
• For financial aid to be used to clear a student for registration, the student must have signed the award letter and completed all paperwork for the Financial Aid Office.
  
  
• If the financial aid does not pay all the charges for the semester, then the student will either need to use the UD payment plan option for the difference or pay the difference out of current funds.

There are other important details concerning financial aid that all recipients should understand.

• The loan amounts on Banner Web will not have the three (3%) precent orgination fee deducted that are charge by the lending instituations. All students receiving loans will need to subtract 3% from the gross amount on the system to calculate the net loan money that will be posted to the student account.
