Graduate School of Management Company Vouchers and Letter of Credit

Some companies have programs for their employees that use company vouchers or letters of credit. This requires the student to complete the internal paper work for his company. Once the student is approved, his company will issue him a company voucher or letter of credit to use for payment of his tuition. The company voucher or letter of credit should be forwarded to the Business Office at the University. The University then creates an invoice and sends the invoice and the company voucher or letter of Credit to the company for payment. The company will issue a payment to the university for the student.

For a student to be eligable to use this payment method they must meet the following criteria.

1. The student must be issued a company voucher or letter of credit.

2. The University must invoice the company using this docoment.

3. The payment from the company must go directly to the University.
