MBTI Survey Instructions

New incoming residents (NOT A PARENT) should allow approximately 35+ minutes of uninterrupted time to complete this on-line test. Otherwise, click here for PDF instructions on how to complete the test in multiple sessions.

The link to the web site is provided below.

Upon connection you will see a 'Log In' box to the right.

• For “Account Login”, use: udallas
• For “Account Password”, use: crusaders
• Leave “User ID” blank.
• Click “Log In”.

• In the “Pick an Assessment” menu box, to the right of “MBTI StepI-Form M” , click “TAKE IT”.

• You will now be prompted to fill out a demographics page.
• For the “Batch Name”, please select the semester you will be entering the University of Dallas.
• Please provide the remaining demographic information. Then click “Continue Now!”

• From here, the instructions for completing the MBTI Step I-Form M are all online.
• After completing the assessment, be sure to click “Done”.

Upon completion, the test results will be sent to the Office of Student Life. You will also receive a copy via e-mail within a few days.

We use these test results, along with the personal preferences listed on your Residence Hall Contract, to assist us with roommate matching. The earlier you complete your MBTI survey and Residence Hall Contract, and send in your housing deposit, the larger the pool of potential roommates will be and the better your chances are for a good roommate match.
