The University of Dallas School of Ministry and the Catholic Dioceses of Dallas and Fort Worth celebrate the resounding success of the 2009 University of Dallas Ministry Conference Walking Together in Faith/ Caminando juntos en la fe.

The conference gathered over 4,600 participants to explore contemporary issues in Catholic ministry and leadership. Nearly 2,000 Catholic teachers participated in events that featured 60 exhibitors and 56 speakers, and included a concert by John Michael Talbot, Catholic music’s number one recording artist. The Most Reverend Donald W. Wuerl, S.T.D., Archbishop of Washington, D.C., and renowned Catholic educator, gave the keynote address.

For the first time, the conference was a tri-lingual event, with sessions and workshops in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
