Application, Registration, Health and Final Packet Materials will be found below. All documents should be mailed to the University of Dallas Rome & Summer Programs Office, 1845 E Northgate Dr, Irving, TX 75062.
Items needed in order for an application to be complete. If you do not have a passport please apply for one immediately. We will review your application while you await the arrival of your passport.
Registration, Flight and Travel forms needed to register students for the course and make travel arrangements.
Health documentation needed in order for students to participate in the program.
