Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
It is our great joy to invite you to the eighth annual University of Dallas Ministry Conference, scheduled for October 23-25, 2014. This event, which will once again be co-sponsored by the university, Diocese of Dallas and Diocese of Fort Worth, drew over 5,200 participants from around the country last year, making it the largest in our short history. Building on this success, it is our great hope that the 2014 conference will attract even more faithful participants, who will have a blessed, faith-filled, and formative experience.
The University of Dallas Ministry Conference offers Catholics an opportunity to receive exceptional faith formation from nationally recognized speakers who will address relevant topics of faith, catechesis, education, theology, prayer and ministry. Participants will truly Walk Together in Faith, by attending these significant keynote addresses and ministry-specific breakout sessions, participating in Mass and prayer services, perusing the exhibitions, admiring the liturgical art display, and listening to Christian musical performances.
The conference is a wonderful opportunity for ongoing formation that can rejuvenate those working in the Church today as we assist those we serve to more deeply understand their Catholic faith and grow in spirituality. We encourage you to join the ministers from the administrative, parish and school levels from throughout North Texas at this vital two-day gathering of ministry and faith formation.
We look forward to your participation at the seventh annual University of Dallas Ministry Conference on October 23-25, 2014 at the Irving Convention Center. May God bless you in the important work you do for our Church!
