UNIVERSITY OF DALLAS STUDENT GOVERNMENT

"The Board of Trustees of the University of Dallas hereby establishes the student body of the Constantine College and its elective governing body, Student Government, as the structure by which undergraduate students may collectively participate in shaping the quality of student life within the University."
--Student Government Charter

The University of Dallas Student Government functions as the representative assembly of the UD student community. The purpose of UD Student Government is threefold:

1) to promote the general welfare of the University and the Student Body through its support of the University's mission, ideals, and values.

2) to communicate student concerns and interests to appropriate University Committes and to the University Administration.

3) to sponsor programs and services which will enhance campus life.

Guided by the mission of the University and in accordance with the teachings and principles of the Catholic Church, SG strives to foster a healthy and enriched campus environment and to build up a strong student community. The representatives in SG are dedicated to enhancing the quality of student life by promoting both the academic and social traditions of the University. Student Government is committed to serving the interests of the UD student, and it is important to stress that those of us in SG are always willing to hear your voice so we can bring your ideas and opinions to the rest of the University community. SG looks forward to getting you, the students, more involved in campus life, and so we encourage you to contact us with any questions that you might have.
