Venues and Meeting Spaces

Lecture Halls, Auditoriums, and Special Event Venues

UD offers several lecture halls, accommodating anywhere from 30-100 guests, as well as several smaller classrooms, meeting spaces and seminar-style conference rooms. We provide conference rooms and meeting spaces all around campus. Whether you are looking for an informal meeting room for a small group or a professional conference room for an all-day meeting, UD can accommodate your needs.

For more formal lectures or large events, the University’s Lynch Auditorium provides a stage, sound  and lighting booth and stadium seating for up to 250 guests. The Haggerty Art History Auditorium is ideal for presentations, since it is equipped with a projector and screen.Our Haggar Board Room is the perfect setting for a formal meeting. Many of the University’s large and small classrooms are also available for breakout sessions or seminars. If you are looking for a place to host a special event, UD's Haggar building offers several dining facilities, including the Constantin Dining Room, the Haggar Cafe and the Rathskeller Restaurant & Bar. The Haggar Foyer is also available for reservation and can be used for a variety of events.

Athletic Fields and Facilities

If your group is looking for a place to host an athletic camp, UD’s fields are available for practices and games. The University’s athletic complex contains baseball, softball, soccer, rugby and lacrosse fields, as well as a mulit-purpose gym. Other fitness amenities include a sand volleyball court, several miles of cross country trails and an outdoor recreational pool (subject to availability).
