PT Navendra DBA

P Thirunava (PT) Navendra has over 20 years of corporate and consulting experience spanning various industry verticals. The last 16 years have primarily been in leadership roles in business intelligence, analytics, and data management.

PT currently heads the Data & Analytics program at Sirius XM Connected Vehicles Division. In prior engagements, PT consulted at H D Vest Financial Services setting up their Data Management Program. He headed the Analytics & Data Services Program, where he modernized their end-to-end data lifecycle management and delivered multiple data-focused products. PT had also performed various roles as a Senior Technology Director at Cingular Wireless (and later AT&T). He managed their business intelligence team architecture, pioneered the build-out of their enterprise data management program, and headed their data-driven innovation program. PT also led the data program integration after the Cingular Wireless-Bell South merger.

Originally from Malaysia, PT lives with his wife, two children, and two cats in Colleyville, Texas.

An alumnus of the Harvard Business School General Management Program, PT has a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Dallas, Masters in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Oklahoma City University.

PT's areas of academic and research interests are Applied Organizational Behavior, Organizational Design, and Applied Innovation.
