Sergio Robledo has been working in Telecom Industry for 30+ years, during his career Sergio has been related to sales and business development activities for more than 25 years. Sergio’s sales experience has allowed to participate in selling activities worldwide, which has provided him with global vision for the sales process. During his career Sergio has sold projects for more than $1 Billion USD. He has been in several leadership roles in several companies, his current role is Senior Consultant of Strategic Business Development at Dell Technologies.
Sergio got his Electrical Engineering degree in Mexico City (Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana), and his MBA (2005) and Doctorate in Business Administration (2018) from the University of Dallas. Dr. Robledo is passionate about sales, his paper in collaboration with Dr. Laura Munoz and Dr. Rich Miller, “THE IMPORTANCE OF DELAYED GRATIFICATION IN B2B SALES” won best track paper for the 2020 Society for Marketing Advances National Conference. Dr. Robledo believes that regardless that you have a sales title or not, you are always selling something.
