Davis recently transitioned into the position as the manager of human resources and organization development at United Regional Hospital. Formerly, she was the director of wealth management at Northwestern Mutual and has over 24 years of investment banking experience. Before joining Northwestern Mutual, she worked for Wells Fargo, and her career path was highlighted in their corporate annual report. She is part of the Dillard College of Business adjunct faculty at Midwestern State University and currently sits on various boards to include the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce and the Dillard College of Business Advisory Board. Davis currently holds several investment licensures and professional certifications, including Certified Financial Planner® and RICP®. Davis' research interests include strategic leadership, employee engagement, and business accountability.
