JR Slubowski earned two bachelor's degrees and a master’s degree in English from Truman State University in 1996 and 1998, respectively. Upon graduation, he took his first marketing job, eventually earned a master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and became a consultant with a focus on customer retention, consumer engagement and customer loyalty. For the past 20 years, JR has worked with a number of Fortune 1000 companies across a variety of industries, helping them make loyalty and engagement a company-wide objective. In addition to his work as a consultant, JR has also taught adjunct marketing courses at Maryville University in St. Louis where he is based.
