Banner and Argos Access Requests:

To request adding or modifying Banner or Argos access, please download and complete the PDF below then send to the supervisor or data owner for their approval. Any requests not from the data owner will be forwarded to them prior to access being granted. Please submit the completed form and email to support@udallas.edu

Slate Access Requests:

To request access to Slate please have a supervisor fill out the form below. Once received, employees and supervisors will receive a confirmation of receipt and a member of the AIS team will contact the employee directly after request has been reviewed and login credentials are created.
