“The Quest: The Way of Beauty” is a collaborative effort of UD faculty in several disciplines, including art, theology, modern languages and literature.

They develop critical skills for theological reflection and receive in-depth formation that fosters personal growth, professional ministry and transformative service to the Catholic Church, the broader Christian community and the wider world.

Certificate in Pastoral Ministry | 2-3 years | Continuing Education | Adult learners in the Diocese of Dallas seeking foundational theological and pastoral resources for professional or volunteer ministry; Also offered in Spanish. |
Deacon Formation | varies | Continuing Education and/ or Graduate | Candidates for the diaconate can pursue the academic component of their formation through the Master of Theological Studies program. This decision is made in consultation with the director of their diocese's permanent deacon formation program. |
