"The Neuhoff Institute truly opened my mind to the breadth and depth of our Catholic faith. The program challenged me to take ownership of my knowledge of Scripture and theology and to apply it to my life and ministry."

Currently, Julie is a part-time young adult liaison for the Diocese of Dallas, a position she has held for more than three years. "I feel so blessed. I really get to live out building up the kingdom of God in a real way with my job."

Sr. YolandaSr. Yolanda, MPM '05

Sr. Yolanda '05 graduated from the Neuhoff Institute with a master's in pastoral ministry with a concentration in pastoral life & administration in 2005. She currently serves as vice-chancellor of the Diocese of Fort Worth, and prior to that, she served as Director of Children's Catechesis for the diocese.

In 2011, the Neuhoff Institute honored Sr. Yolanda for her service to the Church by naming her the 2011 Lumen Gentium Distinguished Alumni Award recipient.

SammySammy, MTS '11

"The Neuhoff Institute is a gem in the Dallas area for people who want to be equipped for ministry in the Church." Sammy graduated with a master's degree in theological studies in May 2011, and is now a campus minister at Southern Methodist University (SMU).

He says that his time at UD not only helped him mature from a young man with good intentions to a well-trained ministry professional, but that it left him well prepared to minister to college students.

Mary JoMary Jo, MTS '10

After spending 25 years working for Neiman-Marcus and raising her family, Mary Jo decided that she wanted to do something for the Catholic Church. She started working for the Marrillac Social Center 10 years ago.

She sees her time in retail as part of Gods plan; her experiences and the skills she learned in the business world now help her to serve more people more effectively in her current position as Associate Director of Development and Communications at Catholic Charities of Dallas.

Rev. PatrickRev. Patrick, MPM '11

After his father's death in 2003, Rev. Olaleye was inspired to work toward a certificate in Clinical Pastoral Education, which he pursued in UD's Neuhoff Institute. Rev. Olaleye graduated in 2011 with a master's in pastoral ministry with a concentration in health care ministry.

The education he received will assist him in his ministry to the sick; he believes that his presence will help to provide hope in God for recovery, or preparation for Heaven in the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick.
